looks like an eye doesn't it :P
it was an accident but I want to keep the "rift/displacement" double effect

i'm just working out ideas I have added and taken out a lot. the hydra will probably be changed to a snake (green head) and keep the body but make it a normal dragon w/ one head
probably changing the sword hilt a lot, chestplate colored and changed

may flesh out face more, change skin color/lighting
add tail to other shoulder, darken fur

It's just that the public decides what stays there, not the artist. IMO, Level 2 is an even better board, actually. There are some terribly good artworks and the fact that they're not in such spotlight like in Kaera or Inne makes them even more worthy. And I goddamn mean it. ;) As the grumpy users picked out the bad sides already, I'll look for the better parts. Here goes: - The choice of colours is very fine, it goes well with the composition. I think background is very fine. - The care you put into the faces of the characters is magnificent. I like the middle face, her look is thoughtful and serious. - Those little curly details such as the purple thingies on the bottom of the artwork or the hair is a spot on and gives a nice touch. - This shield is AWESOME. I want one. :L____ And please, forgive such harshness from the users. Poles are grumpy perfectionalists, that rather look for mistakes than goodness. I hope to be done in a day or two. I was originally working on it for the Inne board, but my computer updated and rebooted while I was asleep. Luckily I had screenshot/saved right before that. It is all one layer too, so I'm not worried about the data loss as long as I can keep using the same applet. Tablet, about 5 hours altogether. Mostly Pen with some airbrush, and watercolor on the Yin (the red energy). No reference, just painting from the mind, so I'm sure there are errors with the armor and such. I'm not necessarily trying to be "historically accurate" here :P Obviously unfinished though. Hosio's Left, Mine Right. I don't know if I should have left hers cropped out because she was not finished, but I don't think it would have been right to submit mine alone when it was her character :X
