If I want to draw a portrait of my mom, I took a photo and dre from it's only referencing, because of the coyrights I hold. Same if you want only a picture for a pose, it;s not copyrighted in Polish law we are talking about. Same if you want to draw a hand in specific position from meg Ryan's photo taken form a tabloid. BUT when you COPY an artwork/photo etc, you don;t hold any copyrights to it, only to hard copy you produce. In this case it was copied. there's difference between copying and referencing.

If I want to draw a portrait of my mom, I took a photo and dre from it's only referencing, because of the coyrights I hold.
Same if you want only a picture for a pose, it;s not copyrighted in Polish law we are talking about. Same if you want to draw a hand in specific position from meg Ryan's photo taken form a tabloid.
