At last <3 I really hope I got the idea of the wave rising in the back there down. I'm not really used to doing water, haven't had much experience with it, so like I said, this was partially an experiment. Hope you enjoy <3.
I was inspired for this piccy by one I saw in Oekaki Central. The original has a shark and a shark...mer man xD! I'm just sort of experimenting with water here, figured I should put something with it D:! So that's where the mermaid comes in 8D!!
